Here Madison, Melissa, and Helen stand in line to get into . . . wait for it . . . the Taylor Swift documentary “Miss Americana.” Sadly, Swift was not at this showing, but we all enjoyed discussing the themes the documentary pulled out including popular culture, celebrity representations, feminism, and political engagement. Later in the festival, I had the opportunity to see Gloria Steinem at the premier of “The Glorias” (see below)!
